  • 4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken slices to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
  2. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, add the chicken broth and white wine (if using) to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half.
  5. When the chicken is done cooking, transfer it to a plate and drizzle the reduced broth mixture over the top. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
